The trip cost includes:

Most meals - all breakfasts, 5/7 lunches, 4/7 dinners. 2 lunches and 3 dinners on your own is designed so you have the occasional opportunity to choose your own adventure. We will always provide plenty of suggestions and group options if you prefer to stay with the pack. Each lunch meal includes a soft drink and each dinner meal a soft or alcoholic beverage

Daily activities - that will range from guided walks to cooking classes, to more adrenaline fueled, and those centred around wellness.. These activities are included, but you always have the option to opt out

What is not included?
Generally our trips are led by Zoe and Ernesto, plus local guides in the regions we visit.
Couples, solos, friends, family groups, introverts, extroverts, well-trained and wanting to expand, those recovering from something, a simple desire to push or pause. Whether you crave group energy or quiet downtime, escapada is for all travelers seeking adventure, wellness, and time for the body, mind, and soul.

Always pack light and smart - layers are your friend, and you’ll often need less than you think! Upon booking we will provide a suggested packing list for each trip.
Each day’s trail will typically range from 5–15km, varying in elevation and terrain. Most routes are easy to moderate, with the option of a lighter alternative if a more challenging run is planned.
All paces are welcome—as long as you’re moving with intent. You’ll find a mix of faster runners, steady joggers, hikers, and those taking it slower. The trips are designed so you can move at the pace that feels right for you each day.
We welcome those of all fitness levels. We understand you might be an athlete wanting to push your training further, just starting out on a fitness journey, simply wanting to move on your vacation, or even recovering from injury. We ask that you must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact your ability to travel, participate in a running trip, visit remote areas or which may adversely affect the experience of others in the group. If you have any concerns about your fitness level or health - please get in touch! We would be very happy to discuss suitability.
We handpick accommodation for comfort and character, favouring locally owned properties over large hotel chains wherever possible. Each stay reflects the region, with consistently high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
Where available, we prioritise amenities such as on-site dining, fitness, and wellness facilities—ensuring you have a welcoming place to rest and recharge.
Accommodation is listed in each itinerary. Occasionally, changes may be necessary due to availability; if so, we’ll update details and maintain the same standards throughout.
An exciting part of travel is experiencing local cuisine. For group meals we endeavor to visit small and individually owned restaurants where available. We prioritize fresh and nutritious meals and will endeavor to cater for all dietary needs. Upon booking please specify your dietary requirements. If you have a question or concern as to whether your requirements can be accommodated, please do get in touch with us to discuss.
We believe moving from place to place on a trip is all part of the adventure. We will use a variety of transport options - depending on what makes most sense for the journey. All transport details will be listed in the itinerary for each trip. Sometimes these will be public and sometimes private. With regards to buses we endeavor to use vehicles which adhere to safety standards by way of seatbelts, with AC and extra room to stretch out.
Afternoons are for activities! We handpick activities appropriate to each destination we visit. You can expect these to be a mix of cultural activities or those more adrenaline based. From city walking tours, to temple visits, to cooking classes, something creative to the more adventurous eg ziplining, rafting, canyoning, climbing. Occasionally we will share details of optional activities
As part of our itineraries we include some wellness activities for example sauna and yoga. If it’s in the itinerary - you bet it’s included. We endeavor to point out when extra wellness activites are available and if so those are on you. Happy to help you book of course!
Timeshared is awesome, but most of us like to take a breather once in a while. We aim to ensure you get a couple of hours to unwind during the day, plus some meals on your own. On most itineraries we also aim to provide a good half day free for you to choose your own adventures. You are always welcome to opt out of group activities!
YES! You can opt out of anything you like. It’s your vacation! Due to the nature of travel it won’t always be possible for you to stay behind at the hotel if we’re moving on to our next destination, however we will let you know your options on a daily basis.
That’s hard to predict depending on your spending habits! You are generally on your own for 2/7 dinners and 3/7 lunches, so you should budget for 5 meals. 1 drink is included with each group meal, so any beverages beyond that are on you, as are taking part in optional activities. After booking we will provide you with a cash, card and budget advice specific to the trip destination.
